About me

Welcome to my blog!

 

I'm Alina and I love cooking, baking and eating delicious food.

 

Somehow there's this misconception that tasty food isn't healthy.

And often, eating healthy is a constant struggle with yourself.

​

But that's doesn't need to be this way! With a few simple tricks you can improve the nutritional quality of your favourite recipes. Be it ingredients, cooking methods or food combinations, there are a lot of factors to consider.

And more often than not, the foods and recipes which are typically labelled and thought of as "healthy", aren't that healthy after all.

 

I have a bachelors degree in "nutrition and dietetics" and am currently enrolled in the masters programm called "nutriotional medicine". There I've learned a lot about good food and I'd like to pass on my knowledge to you.

 

Every week I post new recipes, which I'll analyse to check how they can be improved (both in taste and in nutrients).

Future recipes will contain holiday dinners, national dishes, foodtrends, diets, "healthy recipes" or the most viewed recipes on YouTube.
